1. How Do I Rent Games?
You can rent games by completing our game rental form. We kindly encourage that requests be made at least 48 hours in advance.
2. How long can I rent the game for?
The minimum Rental Period is one (1) day i.e. twenty-four (24) hours. Rental Payments are charged per day.
3. How Do I Receive the game rentals and How Do I Return the game rentals?

We have two options. Home Delivery and free Pick up/Return Spots. For Home Delivery, we will deliver your game rentals straight to your venue of choice and collect them at the end of the rental period. Home Delivery is available every day of the week.
The Pick up/Return Spots available are MovieTowne POS and Grand Bazaar. These spots are primarily available on weekends. MovieTowne POS is the only spot available throughout the week. Availability of Pick up/Return Spots are TENTATIVE. The sum of games rented for Pick up/Return Spots must be at least $200.
N.B. If we have multiple rentals on the same day, we may have to choose the Pick up/Return Spot with preference going to the person who confirmed their rental first

5. Do you deliver to locations outside the zones listed above?

Yes. However these locations will be priced differently and requests should be made at least 72 hours in advance.​​

6. How Do I Pay for my Game Rentals?

7. What would be the fee for an additional 24 hour rental period (outside of current rates)?

Every additional 24 hours rental costs $50

8. Is there a damage deposit fee?
Yes.
9. What if I cancel my order?
Cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours before the agreed meeting time. We will also communicate with you before meeting to confirm the rental. If we receive no response we will presume that the rental is cancelled. If a payment was already made you will be refunded.
