1. How Do I Rent Equipment Epulari?
​
You can rent equipment by completing our equipment rental form.
2. How long can I rent the equipment for?
​
The minimum Rental Period is one (1) day i.e. twenty-four (24) hours. Rental Payments are charged per day.
3. How Do I Pay for my Equipment Rentals?
​
Payments can only be made via direct deposit or electronic wire transfer. Epulari requires a rental deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Rental Payment due. Epulari will reserve the ordered equipment for the specified Rental Period once proof of payment is received. The remaining 50% shall be due the day before the rental date.
3. Is there a late booking fee?

No but we highly recommend that rental requests be made at least 3 days (72 hours) before your rental date to have a better chance of guaranteeing your booking.
4. What if I cancel my order?

Our terms are as follows regarding cancellation:
​
3 days (or more) advance notice – No charge i.e. Full Refund
2 days (48 hours) notice – 10% of Rental Payment
Less than one day (24 hours) notice – No refund

5. How Do I Receive the Equipment rentals and How Do I Return the Equipment rentals?
​
We will deliver your rentals straight to you and collect them at the end of the rental period. Installation is included.

6. Is there a delivery fee?
​
Yes. The delivery fee is $100.
